os sentimos de terceiros não são para ser dominados, apenas a eles pertencem. Já os nossos... a "coisa" é diferente. Dominar as emoções significa inteligência emocional, maturidade. Logo, não me venhas dizer que não dominas as tuas emoções.

Quanto aos nossos, há quem tenha uma capacidade de se abstrair, de se tornar insensível, frio, whatever. Se calhar falta-me essa inteligência emocional ou essa maturidade que falas, mas ainda que e tente abstrair e dominar as minhas emoções, não tenho sido sucedido. Acima de tudo acho é devido à minha condição de humano.

Porque recusam-se a sentir emoções negativas, apenas desejam emoções positivas. Percebes agora quando falei em dominar emoções não tem de ser aquilo que descreveste?
É a ausência de emoções e o não saber trabalhá-las que conduziu e ainda conduz a este total marasmo em que muitos e muitas vivem e de onde não querem sair.
